Operating Instructions
- Inspect the multimeter and test leads for any visible damage before every use.
- Insert the black test lead into the COM jack and the red lead into the appropriate input jack for your required measurement (Voltage/Resistance or Current).
- Turn the rotary dial to select the desired measurement function (e.g., AC voltage, DC voltage, continuity).
- Apply the test probes to the circuit or component under test.
- Read the measurement on the backlit LCD display. Ensure the 'Hold' button is not engaged unless you wish to freeze the reading.
- Always turn the dial to the 'OFF' position when finished to preserve battery life.
